JOB SUMMARY:

Join our family as a Delivery Office Associate at Furniture Mart USA! This great opportunity allows you to utilize your excellent customer service skills and be a part of a fun, friendly team.  

 

  • Part-Time schedule: Tuesday & Thursday 5:00pm-9:00pm

        • EVERY OTHER Friday, Saturday, Sunday (shift ends by 6:00pm on Saturday & Sunday)

  • Excellent employee discounts on furniture and access to our on-site fitness center!

  • Contact customers to schedule furniture deliveries

  • Answer incoming delivery office calls

  • Complete invoices

  • Process cancellations & reschedule deliveries

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer and telephone experience required

  • Essential requirements include being reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

  • Ability to multi-task and customer service skills
