We’re seeking a dynamic individual who thrives at multi-tasking, positive communication, is goal-oriented, and enjoys a fast-paced workflow.
- Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Coordinate and assign internal/external work requests
- Create and maintain store service calendars
- Maintain contract management with vendors
- Track and audit invoices
- Drive to local vendors/big box stores to pick up supplies as needed
- Support management and employees with a variety of tasks
