SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced, creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our design studio team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to create relationships, turning client desires into functional and visually appealing spaces that are unique to their style. You will be collaborating with clients, architects, and businesses to create innovative interior environments that enhance the quality of life and the living space of our clients. Our state-of-the-art design studio will provide the canvas for the right designer to not only succeed, but tailor a design in the industry all their own.
Key Responsibilities:
*Innovative Designer: Implementing concepts that reflect the client’s desired vision for their home and lifestyle
*Planning and Project Management: Oversee interior design for new construction and existing homes maintaining consistent and concise communication with vendors and clients alike.
*Furniture and Finishes: Using your creative ideas along with our wide array of fine furnishings, lighting, wall coverings, flooring and accessories to provide a superior experience for our clients.
*Prepare and Manage Project Budgets: Ensuring all projects are executed within financial parameters while creating incredible spaces for our clients.
*Collaboration and Team Building: Develop relationships with contractors, architects and internal team members to ensure client satisfaction.
*Sales Mindset: Contribute to revenue goals by using your interior design skill set coupled with your sales mindset to promote design services and luxury home furnishings.
*Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends, design innovations, and emerging technologies through vendor relationships, continuing education as an interior designer.
*Engaged in Events: Attending and engaging with clients at events in our one-of-a-kind showroom, where retail meets hospitality

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets in a retail or design environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past design projects, particularly high-end residential work.
- Proficiency in design software (i.e. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D rendering software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for design, creativity, and luxury living.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
