Summary:

Leadership & Team Management
 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts and BI developers.
  • Allocate team resources to ensure timely delivery of high-impact analytics initiatives.
  • Effective communication throughout all levels of the organization
 
Project & Portfolio Management
 
  • Manage end-to-end execution of analytics and data projects, including planning, requirements gathering, testing, rollout, and post-implementation evaluation.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with business leaders to prioritize analytics initiatives that align with organizational strategy.
 
Business Requirements & Translation
 
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical analytics teams.
  • Translate business questions, operational challenges, and strategic goals into clearly defined analytics requirements.
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to identify opportunities for analytics automation, improved reporting, and predictive modeling.
 
Data Analytics & BI
 
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, analytics models, KPIs, and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Ensure analytics outputs are accurate, reliable, and easily interpretable by business users.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
 
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear, business-friendly manner — both visually and verbally.
  • Partner with executives and department leaders to develop and track performance metrics.
  • Lead change management and adoption efforts for new analytics tools and processes.
 
Strategic Impact
 
  • Champion a data-driven culture across the organization through analytics education, advocacy, and training.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue growth, customer experience, and strategic decision-making through data.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging analytics technologies, and best practices.

Requirements/Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business analytics, BI, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or managing an analytics or BI team.
  • Strong knowledge of BI platforms (Power BI preferred) and data visualization best practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured data requirements and analytics solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex analytics projects on time and with measurable impact.

Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum) or analytics.
  • Experience implementing enterprise analytics strategies or operating models.
