Join our team as a Part Time Boutique Assistant at Laney Lu's in Redwood Falls, MN! Use your unique and creative talents to design layouts of merchandise displays within our store. Make a positive difference by creating the customers’ first impression!
- Assist with setting up displays and changing display areas
- Assist in the organization of incoming freight, fulfilling online orders, e-commerce entry and upkeep
- Work with customers on a daily basis in the boutique and at special events
- Assist in boutique inventory both in store and online to ensure accuracy, online order fulfillment and website updates
- Develop, create and execute ideas to promote events and special selling ideas to increase boutique sales
- Develop and post on social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Assist with live selling sessions

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
- Previous customer service experience and detail-oriented
