1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To enter the "Becker Furniture & Mattress Movie night giveaway" complete the entry form with your name, email address, telephone, current mailing address and zip code, per the page instructions, during the contest end date of 07/19/2025. All entries become the property of Furniture Mart USA. Mail-in entries will not be accepted. Limit one entry per day.
2. NOTIFICATION & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Winners will be notified via email and will be required to provide valid social security or federal tax ID number as well as sign an Affidavit of Acceptance & Eligibility and a Publicity/Liability Release & Consent form which must be completed before awarding of the prize. Furniture Mart USA is not responsible for unsuccessful attempts to notify winners. If the selected winner is ineligible, or if the affidavit and release forms are not signed for any reason prior to the award of the prize, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferrable. All taxes and any costs or fees associated with the prize award are the sole responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prize values will be reported to the IRS and State Revenue department via form 1099. If prize winner is unwilling to provide valid information required for completion of IRS forms, that winner forfeits any/all prizes for which they are eligible. Prize winners must provide accurate information within 15 days of being notified of their winnings.

Winner grants permission to the use of their name(s), photograph/likeness for advertising and promotional purposes for this and other events without additional compensation.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to all persons who are 18 years or older, who are permanent residents of the United States except employees (and their immediate family members) of Furniture Mart USA or suppliers; their divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, media and promotion agencies involved with this promotion. Winner must have current valid residence within Furniture Mart USA trade area. This offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to applicable federal, state and local taxes and regulations. Entrants accept the conditions stated in the rules and agree to be bound by the decisions of Furniture Mart USA. Limit one entry per day.
5. Entrants release Furniture Mart USA, their suppliers, their divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this contest, including any liability from personal injury.
6. Furniture Mart USA reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at BRAND’s discretion.

Internet: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the Contest, Furniture Mart USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Contest or any portion of the Contest. ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES.
